My internet business, Insite to Excellence, Inc., is dedicated to offering hope, guidance and support to anyone that wants to improve their life. I have integrated the rare combination of my personal and professional experience, to establish a fresh, comprehensive approach to human potential. Each Coaching Program is designed with a built in flexibility, that accommodates your individual needs, issues, objectives, dreams and personality.
This individual approach arose from my own frustrating experiences. The struggle to rebuild my life was frequently complicated when one self help program after another failed to yield the results for me that others’ had apparently received. Through trial and error, research and insight, I found the solutions that worked for me. Since then, I have worked with many individuals to devise programs with multiple approaches, to accommodate individual needs. Now, if you have a desire to change your life, we have a solution that will work for you.

About Lauren:
For many years, I lived in my own self-created hell on earth. I personally know the self loathing and powerlessness that results from the iron grip of addiction. I have lived with domestic violence, fearing for my safety, blaming myself, and questioning my sanity. I have endured the humiliation, violation and terror of being raped, and the insidious erosion of respect, identity and security that can not be washed away. And I remember the stranglehold of desperation, shame and confusion, hopelessly trapped in a self destructive, downward spiral.
The journey that I began seventeen years ago has required courage, determination and the support of others. It is an on going journey, demanding dedication, integrity and self honesty, but its gifts are unsurpassed.
Those years of misery and self destruction are now a gift of wisdom and compassion with which to help others. I am committed to encouraging, guiding and supporting anyone with a desire to enjoy a life overflowing with enthusiasm and abundance.
I have professional experience as a counselor, working in a facility that treated a variety of individuals with an array of issues. During my employment, I developed lectures and lesson plans that are still being used. I have received certificates from participating in various workshops, training and research. In addition, I visit schools, parents groups, recovery facilities, prisons and self help associations, where I give presentations, conduct interactive groups and hold question and answer sessions.
I began Insite to Excellence, Inc., to reach additional people who are struggling, desperate or just need a little guidance or support. You deserve to live life with enthusiasm and purpose. Your life is your most precious creation. Paint it with the colors of your dreams.
